I’m passionate about making people's lives easier and happier through design and innovation

Welcome to my page :)
I’m a UX and product designer based in Gothenburg. In past years, I have been working on physical-digital product development and business, within consulting and start-ups. I love working with and for people, playing with technologies and exploring the possibilities on how it can be advanced and used to enhance life.
Here you can find some intro of the side projects that I have been doing in recent years. The projects try to address social and environmental problems in a fun way, using various technologies such as IoT, Augmented Reality, geolocation, etc. Feel free to drop me a message for the project details.

Hello! App

Empower refugee women with illiteracy
Solo Project | Credit to Asmaa and Hinda

Hello! is a mobile app to empower refugee women who are illiterate and cannot speak host country language to live their maximum potential. The app provides them ways to connect with labour market and society, pursue education, learn things that are needed in daily life and get help when they face challenges or abuse.

In this project, an iterative Design Thinking combined with User Centered Design has been done, as well as a deep dive research on the users and society. This was to ensure that the solutions address the real problems that the users are actually facing, and the app was designed according to the users' mental model to communicate the message effectively.
